Clinical Work
I am a Professional Clinical Counselor Trainee at the Process Therapy Institute in the Bay Area, where I work under supervision. My clinical work is grounded in narrative therapy and trauma-informed practice.
My Approach
Adults navigating life transitions, relational patterns that feel difficult to shift, or identity questions that once felt settled. I’m drawn to externally high-functioning individuals who are privately struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or the lingering impact of confusing or painful relationship dynamics.
My approach is relational, attachment-informed, trauma-informed, and grounded in narrative therapy. I pay close attention to how past experiences, particularly those involving power, safety, narratives, and connection to others, shape present patterns.
I am deeply interested in the stories you carry about yourself: how they formed, how they protected you, and whether they still serve you. Together, we gently examine and reshape narratives that may be limiting your sense of agency.
I believe meaningful change unfolds within a safe and steady therapeutic relationship. Therapy requires both compassion and personal ownership. We move at a pace that respects your nervous system while deepening awareness and building greater freedom in how you relate to yourself and others.
I hold an integrated view of mind and body. Emotional distress is not only cognitive; it often has physiological dimensions. I support clients in cultivating awareness of internal states and developing sustainable ways to regulate and build resilience.
I am a counselor-in-training at the Process Therapy Institute and am completing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Saybrook University. I provide psychotherapy under clinical supervision.
